We want to ensure we continue to deliver our commitment to delivering high quality training and development to all of our customers. All complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner. This ensures that no-one will be treated differently as a result of making a complaint.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your training programme, or if you feel you are being treated unfairly, you should take the following action:
- bring the matter to the attention of your Tutor/Assessor
- fill out the form below which will be sent straight across to the directors
